Our production workshop is equipped with a series of high-end micro-scale core processing equipment to realize ultra-high precision manufacturing. The five-axis linkage machining center is our key equipment for processing complex curved surface components. With an overall positioning accuracy of ±2 μm, it can complete the integrated processing of various irregular and complex structural parts, which is widely used in high-precision components for communication equipment and automotive electronics. For ultra-precision irregular parts, we adopt high-precision slow wire cutting equipment, whose machining accuracy is stably controlled at ±1 μm. This level of accuracy far exceeds the industry average and fully meets the manufacturing requirements of ultra-fine parts in electronic and aerospace supporting fields.
 
In addition to core processing equipment, we introduce high-precision automated laser marking equipment specially designed for industrial mass production. Fitted with a precision XY servo motion platform, this equipment solves the shortcomings of small processing size and low positioning efficiency of traditional marking machines. It supports large-scale workpiece splicing marking and multi-station batch processing, and is widely used in hardware, electronics and auto parts production, ensuring consistent marking accuracy and efficiency for mass-produced products.
 
To guarantee that every finished product complies with design specifications, we have built a complete intelligent testing system. The Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) supports 24-hour uninterrupted automatic operation, realizing automatic dimension inspection and process data recording for products. It can track every production link in real time and form traceable quality data reports. Meanwhile, 2.5-dimensional testing equipment is used to detect plane dimensions including length, width, aperture, slot width, center distance, angle and radius, as well as geometric tolerances such as position accuracy, parallelism, perpendicularity and concentricity. All hardware parts, plastic parts, stamping parts and glass accessories can complete comprehensive appearance and dimensional inspection through our testing equipment. We are also equipped with basic precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to realize multi-level inspection from rough measurement to high-precision detection.
 
Based on advanced equipment, we have formulated a standardized three-stage quality control system covering the whole production process: Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and Final Quality Control (FQC). IQC is responsible for strict inspection of all raw materials entering the factory to eliminate unqualified raw materials from the source and prevent raw material defects from affecting subsequent production. IPQC inspects production lines in real time, monitors process parameters and product quality during processing, and corrects abnormal operations immediately to avoid batch defective products. FQC conducts comprehensive inspection on all finished products before delivery to ensure that all products meet customer requirements before leaving the factory. All inspection results are recorded digitally, realizing full quality traceability.
