Quality Control

Full-chain Inspection Process of IQC, IPQC and FQC

Process Overview

Closed-loop control is implemented at all stages. Paper and digital inspection records are kept at every link to achieve full-process traceability of quality.

1. IQC Incoming Quality Control

Core Objective: Strictly control incoming materials to prevent unqualified raw materials from entering production at the source.

Control Scope: All production materials including plastic raw materials, metal sheets/profiles, standard hardware parts and outsourced accessories.

Inspection Items:

● Verify material certificates, specification parameters and batch information

● Sampling inspection for appearance and critical dimensions

● Confirm compliance of core performance indicators

Execution Rules: Inspections are carried out in accordance with international AQL sampling standards. Any batch of unqualified materials will be rejected and returned to suppliers. Qualified materials will be labeled and stored in the warehouse.

2. IPQC In-Process Quality Control

Core Objective: Monitor production status in real time, identify process abnormalities in advance and avoid mass defective products.

Control Scope: All working procedures including mold development, injection molding, metal stamping, CNC machining, surface treatment and semi-finished product assembly.

Inspection Items:

● Full dimensional verification of the first article after each shift or mold change; mass production is prohibited if the first article fails inspection

● Patrol sampling of workpieces at fixed intervals to check dimensions, appearance and process status

● Verify compliance of production equipment parameters and process operation specifications

Execution Rules: Production shall be suspended immediately for rectification once abnormalities are found. Production can only resume after passing re-inspection. Patrol records and abnormality handling files are kept throughout the whole process.

3. FQC Final Quality Control

Core Objective: Conduct comprehensive inspection before delivery to ensure zero-defect products.

Control Scope: All finished products and assembled kits.

Quality Control Goal

We take "Zero-Defect Delivery" as our core principle. Supported by precision testing equipment and standardized procedures, we maximize product consistency to meet the quality requirements of high-end manufacturing customers worldwide.
